Yoga became a staple in my life after having my first child as it allowed me to slow down, decompress, and connect back to myself. I now I enjoy guiding others so that they can experience the gift of this beautiful nurturing practice.
I have always been an advocate of a healthy life and decided to pursue formal training in a Bachelor of Sport Science and Human Performance. This evolved into learning how to prevent illness and disease through a holistic model which involved movement, mental & emotional wellbeing, and nourishment. Yoga soon became a highlight in this model. So here I am 5 years down the track fusing my teachings from formal studies, experiences, yoga teacher training, and continuing education to create purposeful and meaningful classes to serve my community.
