I suggest setting up a nice space for yourself that feels nurturing and comfortable so all you need to do is roll out your mat, log in and press play. Incense, sunshine, candles and of course our matching playlists all help with setting the scene and the vibe for your practice.
If you can’t do this – the results are still the same! Even if it means practicing on the grass outside, on the deck with a towel or on the bedroom floor – it doesn’t need to look and smell and sound pretty to be of benefit.
